After reviewing and approving the draft Certificate of Occupancy (CofO), you will see both your draft and a payment request at the bottom of your 'Status Info' page. At this stage, your application status changes to 'Pending payment' until the payment is completed.

- You have the option to choose the service provider for your payment. Click either 'Pay with Stripe' or 'Pay with Paymentus' to proceed.

- You will be directed to the Stripe payment page using. Choose your currency, then select your payment method. Enter your credit/debit card or bank account details, along with your country or region. Click 'Pay' to complete the transaction.

- Your application status will update to pending or successful, depending on your payment processing. Card payments typically process within minutes, while ACH (bank account) payments may take up to 5 business days to settle.
- You will be directed to the Paymentus payment page. Enter your first name, last name, and ZIP code, then choose a payment method:
- eCheck / Bank Account
- Debit Card
- Credit Card

- Provide your payment details, then click 'Continue.'

- You will be directed to the 'Confirm Payment' page. Review your payment summary and the Payment Authorization Terms and Privacy Notice. Check the box “I authorize and agree per Payment Authorization Terms”, then click 'Pay' to proceed.

To cancel your payment process, click on 'Cancel.'

- After completing the payment, you will be directed back to the application page.

- Your application status will update to pending or successful. Like Stripe, Paymentus card payments usually process within minutes, while ACH payments take up to 5 business days.

After successful payment, continue the process with Downloading the Issued CofO.
