If you find an error or any detail that needs to be changed in an issued CofO, it can be reopened. To request a change, please reach out via email or phone, ensuring the request is made outside of Certifi.
Please be aware that a denied application cannot be reopened.
- Go to Applications.
- Click on the application number or the eye icon at the end of the row to open it.
- Scroll down to the ‘Issuance’ section and click on the 'Check and download' button.
