Reopen Application

If you find an error or any detail that needs to be changed in an issued CofO, it can be reopened. To request a change, please reach out via email or phone, ensuring the request is made outside of Certifi.

Please be aware that a denied application cannot be reopened.

Steps

  1. Go to Applications.

  1. Click on the application number.

  1. Scroll down to the ‘Issuance’ section and click on the ‘Check and download’ button.

  1. You are navigated to the 'CofO Issuance' tab, where you can check the issued CofO.

  2. You can report the error or ask for any details to be changed via email or phone. The contact information is the following:
